What is Miss Fit all about?

Our commitment is to make your workouts fun, challenging, personal, time efficient and varied. We understand that you have many options out there of getting fit,  so we are passionate about making our service the most memorable and value for money. We are here to support and listen to you, to motivate you to get out there and get active. And we’ll make sure you have as much fun as possible along the way so you keep on track and happy.

How do the packages work?

Each package consists of 12 sessions. You can choose to complete the course in  up to 12 weeks depending on how often you’d like to train, 2-3 x a week being ideal to get the best results.

Your personal trainer will firstly come to your home and meet you, (this session is free of charge), assess your current health and fitness and will discuss which course is the most suitable for you.

Having booked your sessions, your trainer will then take you through a personalised range of resistance and cardio workouts. Your diet will also be assessed.

Worried that you may not stick to your workouts? Don’t! Your trainer will be there to exercise with you and keep you fully motivated and this weekly contact means you are more likely to stay on track. 

An updated fitness and strength test will conclude the process and by this time you should be noticing significant improvements to your health, weight and fitness levels!!!
