What is Miss Fit?
Miss Fit Personal Training is a fun and friendly personal training service for women in Brighton and the surrounding area. It is run by Samantha Foster who has over 5 years experience in personal training, and provides health and fitness training from the convenience of your home.
Unlike some personal training approaches, most of our plans have been designed to work for 'real' girls who lead hectic lives and are not necessarily fitness fanatics. This means girls who enjoy their food, love a good night out from time to time and don't want to exercise to the extreme in order to get results.
If however, you are committed to a sport and are keen to excel in your performance, the Miss Fitter plan is most definitely for you! (And if this is you, we congratulate you for your commitment and drive!).

How do the packages work?
Each package consists of 12 sessions over a 12 week period. Your allocated personal trainer will firstly come to your home and meet you, assess your current health and fitness and will discuss which package is the most suitable for you.
Having agreed and booked in your session times, your trainer will then take you through a personalised range of resistance and cardio workouts. Your diet will also be assessed. Worried that you may not stick to your workouts? Don't! Your trainer will be there to exercise with you and keep you fully motivated and for the sessions you are set alone, your weekly phone check-ins will ensure that you stay on track. An updated fitness and strength test will conclude the process and by this time you should be noticing significant improvements to your health, weight and/or fitness levels!!!
