Life Makeover Show
On Saturday 26th April 2008 Miss Fit exhibited at the Life Makeover Show, an event which gave local businesses the opportunity to showcase their services on offer within the Brighton area. It was a fantastic day and we very much enjoyed meeting the other coaches, reflexologists, style consultants and hynotherapists to name but a few.
We were thrilled the show so busy with over 600 people passing through the doors (despite the sunny weather!) of whom at least 70 people expressed a specific interest in personal training. It really confirmed our belief that there has been a huge rise in the amount of people who are now focusing on improving their health and exercising more.
For those who came to see us, thank you for your interest and we will be in touch very soon with more information about Miss Fit and our future promotions and projects. Many of you expressed an interest in our Wednesday Running Club so we look forward to seeing you at the King Alfred this Wednesday at 6pm for our launch, (remember, ALL levels of fitness are welcome as we will cater for you all).
