Hello ladies, my name is Samantha Husseiny and I am the founder of Miss Fit Personal Training. I am a fully qualified personal trainer based in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex and have over six years experience with working with women helping them to lose weight, get fit and feel great! I also work with a team of fantastic personal trainers delivering the Miss Fit training packages.

I have created this site to introduce our Miss Fit personal training courses, a unique range of 12 session courses designed to get you to your goal and stay there for good. Simply choose which package suits you best and we’ll do the rest.
I would also like to share tips, stories and latest fitness news in the form a regular blog in order to help women learn more about how to feel and look their best. Blog entries can be read under ‘Recent Blogs’ to the left of this page.
